TERMS OF REGISTRATION & PARTICIPATION

 

1. TUITION FEES - REGISTRATION

 

The fees for the seminar are as follows:

  • LIVE ATTENDANCE

Professionals: 455€

Students: 426€

 

EXPIRED!!!! EARLY BIRD UNTIL 15/4/2024: 10% reduction on the above rates.

Professionals: 409€.

Students: 383€.

Group of 3 or more people: reduction of 10€ per person on the upper prices.

If you wish to buy your ticket in instalments you can deposit 200€ with your reservation and pay the remaining amount by 31/5.

 

To register for the seminar you must purchase your ticket through our site. You can pay:

  • by credit or debit card directly through the site

  • via bank transfer to the following greek bank Eurobank account:

As a reason for the deposit please indicate your NAME and the word GESTALT.

In order for your ticket to be valid, your DEPOSIT MUST BE MADE IMMEDIATELY AND YOU MUST SEND a deposit slip to info@spell.gr (for the whole amount or for each instalment). In case of instalments your place is secured by the deposit.

The deposit must be made on the same day as the ticket purchase or the ticket will be cancelled.

  • In case of electronic transfer from a bank other than Eurobank, you will be charged the full amount of the bank charges (choose OURS).

 

Prices include all statutory taxes and the issue of an invoice or service receipt.

 

2. GROUP REGISTRATIONS

To receive the group registration discount for 3 or more people, members must register TOGETHER by selecting the appropriate ticket quantity. The group designation is automatically indicated at the time of registration. PLEASE also email the names of members to info@spell.gr.

NOTE: All members can be students only or professionals only. It is not possible to purchase student and professional tickets together in the same group.

When registering, you must provide the names and emails of each participant separately so that the tickets will be issued by name. Payment is made together for all members and members arrange the fees amongst themselves.

Additions of participants to the group after tickets have been purchased are not accepted.

 

3. STUDENTS

The special price for undergraduate and graduate students applies when this status is declared in advance when applying for registration. On the day of registration, the student pass is emailed to info@spell.gr with a statement of the name of the participant who made the student registration. In case the student is after the 4th year of study, the student status is proved by the study certificate.

 

4. BANK CHARGES

In case of electronic transfer of a remittance for tuition fees from a bank other than Eurobank where the speLL account is held, you will be charged in full with the prescribed bank charges. More specifically in this case you choose to have all costs borne by the payer. These charges are set by your bank. If you have any questions, please contact your bank's e-banking service.

5. REFUND OF TUITION FEES - POTENTIAL FOR TRANSFER DUE TO ILLNESS

Tuition fees are refundable only:

  • in case of total cancellation of the seminar by the organizers. In no other case will fees be refunded.

In the event that the speaker is unable to present due to illness, the seminar will be rescheduled and tickets will be valid for the new dates.

 

IN THE EVENT OF INABILITY TO ATTEND: participant substitutions (names) will be accepted.

 

6. CERTIFICATES OF ATTENDANCE

Our main concern is how the trainees will become even better and how they will improve the skills they need to have to do their job properly, creatively and flexibly. Participation in the course is only considered complete if participants have completed all the required training hours. The name on the certificate/attendance certificate is the name stated on the registration form that attended the seminar. Certificates are sent electronically or given on the day the seminar ends.

 

*In case of loss of the printed certificate by the participant, it is possible for speLL to reissue the certificate. Note that in this case it may not be possible for the seminar presenter to sign the certificate.

 

7. PROVISION OF SEMINAR MATERIALS

Participants will receive seminar materials/notes and relevant literature in digital form to the email address they provide upon registration.

 

8. VENUE AND TIME

The venue for the seminar is the Auditorium at the Goulandris Foundation.

The 2 days of the seminar will have an indicative timetable of 09:30 - 17:30.

 

9. ETHICS OF PARTICIPANTS

The Terms of Use - Privacy Policy explains how the personal data of visitors/users are handled in accordance with the Greek law concerning the Protection of Personal Data.

It is mutually accepted that all information, data, text, graphics, photographs, images, pictures, music files, videos, presentations, messages and all content, whether posted publicly or transferred privately, remains the sole responsibility of the natural or legal person from which the content originates. This means that the user is prohibited from copying and reproducing any content and is solely responsible for any and all content that he/she posts, publishes, sends, transmits or otherwise makes available through the services of the website without prior permission from speLL. If he/she does so, he/she accepts that he/she is solely responsible for compensating the natural or legal person from whom the content originates.

 

10. EDUCATIONAL MATERIAL

All training material is provided and is the intellectual property of the speakers and speLL. It is expressly prohibited to republish, store in a system and generally reproduce it in any way or form, in part or in whole, in the original or in translation or other adaptation, without prior written permission from speLL or the speakers.

 

11. PHOTOGRAPHY AND RECORDING OF SEMINARS

During the seminars, photography and audiovisual recording of the seminars on a fixed medium may take place. By participating in a seminar, you accept and consent to the above actions, as well as the public use and reproduction of the relevant material for educational, advertising or promotional purposes on behalf of speLL.

 

12. TAX DOCUMENTS

Upon payment of tuition fees, seminar participants will be issued with service receipts or invoices for services rendered to freelancers and companies. In the case of issuing a service invoice, the participant is required to send to info@spell.gr at the time of tuition payment the full invoicing details, otherwise a receipt will be issued.

 

13. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS AND CONDITIONS

By registering, you accept the terms, information and registration process as stated in this document or in electronic correspondence between you and speLL.
